Kelly works in all areas of Housing Management including Possession Claims, Anti-Social Behaviour and Breach of Tenancy Injunctions, Committal Proceedings, Disrepair claims, Money Claims, Leasehold matters, TORTs notices, and trespass claims.

Experience

Kelly has worked in Housing Management for over seven years and has worked for both Landlords and Tenants, giving her a wide knowledge of any Defences and Claims that may arise from the Tenant. Prior to joining Devonshires, Kelly has represented both Local Authorities and Housing Associations for four years.
