Kirsten is a Senior Associate in our Housing Management & Property Litigation team, she specialises in providing leasehold, shared ownership and Building Safety advice for Registered Providers of Social Housing. She has a particular interest in lease variations within the tribunal, s.20 consultation, reasonableness claims and dispensation claims. She also acts for Registered Providers in relation to a wide range of disrepair claims and advise on enforcement action against superior landlords including breach of lease and injunctive relief proceedings.
Kirsten has three years’ experience in the social housing sector, prior to that she represented private sector landlords and management companies following her qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2017. In 2020, she cross-qualified to become a Solicitor.

Kirsten is an avid supporter of Aston Villa and spends most of her free time cheering them on from the stands. She also has a keen interest in cricket having played the sport when she was younger. She enjoys live music of almost any genre and musicals.
