Areas of Expertise

As a Trainee, Lawrence previously completed seats in our Housing Management & Property Litigation and Real Estate & Projects teams where he has worked on Anti-Social Behaviour injunction and possession claims, advising clients on leasehold issues, as well as a range of residential transactions from larger stock transfers to smaller leasehold and freehold sales and including work on student housing and development sites. He is currently working in our Employment team.

Experience

After some work experience in a Gateshead Hospital’s clinical negligence team and in DAC Beachcroft’s Insurance department, Lawrence worked as a civil litigation Paralegal for BT Openreach pursuing property damage claims against other utility companies.

Personal

Outside of work Lawrence is a keen cyclist in the Yorkshire Dales and spends his recovery time testing out recipes from Asia and South America on his friends and family.
