Areas of Expertise
Luke is a Solicitor in our Banking, Corporate and Governance department after doing his first three seats in our Property, Banking, Corporate and Governance and Construction departments.
Luke previously worked in the Property Securitisation department at Devonshires Solicitors, where he assisted solicitors and partners getting properties ready for charging. He then moved to the Housing Management team in May 2014 where he assisted with all aspects of litigation including possession claims, anti-social behaviour injunctions and policy and tenancy advice until starting his training contract in September 2015.
Luke has contributed articles to the HM Brief and prepared E-Flashes to send out to clients about developments in the law or to advise them of notable cases.
Luke regularly gives training to clients on various topics both at Devonshires Solicitors offices and at clients’ offices all over the country.
Luke graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2009 with a 2:1 in History.
Luke has also completed the GDL (the University of Hertfordshire) and LPC (the College of Law) with commendation.
Luke is a keen sportsman and has helped to organise and manage the firm’s football team for the past two years. He has also taken part in softball and cricket matches on behalf of the firm and completed a number of charity runs.
