Manjutha is part of a team that advises Registered Providers and Housing Association in the charging of residential street properties and developments as securities for loans and bonds. Manjutha regularly carries out deeds of variations for clients looking to uplift the value of their properties as well as making them suitable for charging to lenders.
Experience
Prior to Devonshires, Manjutha worked as a Paralegal for numerous high street firms in the Property and Immigration departments.
Education
Manjutha graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with a 2:1 in 2013 before completing the LPC at BPP Law School in 2014.
Personal
Manjutha is an avid musician and plays the Veena, a south Indian instrument, and the Violin.
