Megan Howgrave-Graham

Areas of Expertise

Megan is a Paralegal in our Housing Management & Property Litigation team. She works with registered providers over a large range of matters, spanning from service charge disputes to breach of tenancy/ lease injunctions, possession claims and housing conditions claims. 

Megan also has experience assisting clients in market rent cases in the First-Tier Tribunal and has been involved in providing advice to clients regarding their obligations under the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Equality Act 2010. 

Experience

Prior to joining Devonshires in May 2024, Megan worked in a London based law firm, where she gained experience conducting source of funds and source of wealth checks for Property transactions.
