Areas of Expertise

Oliver is a trainee solicitor in Devonshires’ Housing Management and Property Litigation team. His work involves acting for various types of landlords, including Registered Providers of Social Housing, local authorities and private landlords, across a range of housing matters and disputes. 

Under Devonshires’ supervision, Oliver provides practical, reliable and focused advice which aims to protect clients’ commercial interests and provide value to their operation.

Oliver strives to foster and maintain effective relationships with clients and other stakeholders, and in doing so provides a personable service. 

Experience

Prior to his training at Devonshires, Oliver worked as a legal assistant assisting on residential conveyancing and commercial property matters. He carries the knowledge and skills learnt in this role forward to his role at Devonshires and builds upon them to fit the needs of Devonshires’ clients.

Education

Oliver graduated with a law degree from Northumbria University before completing a master’s degree at BPP University, during which time he completed the Solicitors Qualifying Exams.

Personal

Oliver has recently moved to London from the north so is spending time exploring the city’s areas and amenities. Additionally, Oliver’s hobbies include gym-going, visiting nature reserves and historical sites, and socialising with friends and family.
