Notable Cases

Paola has been actively involved in hoarding cases, a complex area within social housing law. Hoarding often intersects with mental health challenges, making it a sensitive issue for legal professionals and housing providers. Legal action in such cases requires careful consideration of proportionality and the duties imposed on social landlords under the Equality Act.
