Patience Magadzire
Areas of expertise
Patience has expertise in a broad range of property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant transactions, easements, wayleaves, and title due diligence. Since joining Devonshires, Patience has begun supporting clients on development and infrastructure matters, building on her established property experience and developing her expertise in this area.
Experience
Since qualifying as a Solicitor, Patience worked in-house for a leading media and entertainment company and a national infrastructure organisation. She managed and advised on commercial property transactions, supported operational property portfolios, and provided practical, commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
Education
Patience graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Kingston University and completed the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law in Guildford.
Personal
Outside of work, Patience enjoys travelling, keeping active and spending time with family and friends. She is also actively involved in her church community and currently volunteers as a Junior Church coach.
