Areas of Expertise

Prateek is a Trainee in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team and before that he was a trainee in our Construction team. He is a dual qualified lawyer (England and Wales and India), and has acted for States, companies and high net worth individuals in complex commercial disputes before courts and international commercial and investment tribunals.

Experience

Prior to joining us he worked at a boutique public international law firm in London advising States and companies on matters of international investment law, law of the seas and international trade law.
