Rosemary is a Solicitor in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. Rosemary qualified into the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team as a Solicitor in October 2024, having trained at the firm. Rosemary primarily specialises in Insolvency disputes. She has wide-ranging experience in pursuing, defending and resolving claims across both corporate and personal insolvency matters. Rosemary acts for Insolvency Practitioners, lenders, companies, social housing providers and private individuals.
Prior to joining Devonshires, Rosemary worked as a Paralegal in financial services disputes and investigations at an international firm.
Rosemary regularly publishes insights on Devonshires’ website on a range of legal topics connected with insolvency and restructuring and commercial litigation.
Rosemary achieved First Class Honours in her LLB from SOAS, University of London. Rosemary also holds a Distinction in her Master of Laws (where she specialised in Human Rights Law) from University College London and a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course from BPP University London.
Outside Devonshires Rosemary has interests in sport and fitness. She previously practised figure skating at a competitive level and holds Skate UK and National Ice Skating Association qualifications.
