Shanice is a Trainee Solicitor in our Real Estate & Projects team.

Shanice has experience in general Civil Litigation to include Contentious Probate, Property Disputes, Statutory Lease Extensions, Inheritance Act Claims, TOLATA claims and some employment matters.

Experience

Prior to Devonshires, Shanice was a litigation Paralegal at Barnes and Partners Solicitors. She first started working at Barnes and Partners shortly after completing her LPC and Masters at the University of Law in Moorgate.

Personal

Shanice enjoys spending quality time with her son. She loves travelling and aims to do so at least twice a year!

Shanice enjoys planning fun social activities to do with her family and friends.

Shanice also enjoys playing netball and has done since secondary school.
