Areas of Expertise

Sna assists in all aspects of securitisation for the charging of residential street properties and developments as security for loans and bonds and the preparation of asset and liability registers for RPs and RSLs. Sna assists the Property Security team by carrying out Deeds of Variations for clients seeking to improve the value of their properties whilst meeting lenders requirements.

Experience

Sna’s previous experience has been focused on conveyancing, ensuring a smooth transaction for clients. He has overseen transactions as a fee earner and paralegal from onboarding through to completion and registration of purchases, sales, remortgages and transfer of equities. Sna is currently in the process of completing his LLM at Kings College London in International Commercial and Corporate Law.

Personal

Sna enjoys spending time with family, staying active, experiencing different cultures as they provide a constant readjustment to his perspective on life. Some of his most recent travels involve Morrocco, Spain, and Greece.
