Areas of Expertise

Whitney has experience in development work, dealing with the negotiation of s106 and non-s106 dwelling disposals, and general development work including infrastructure agreements, drafting of transfer/lease, s106 agreements and other associated works.

Experience

Prior to working at Devonshires, Whitney worked in-house as a Company Solicitor at one of the UKs largest PLC housing developers, specialising in the disposal of s106 dwellings, investor sales, and all aspects of the site set up for various sized development sites, as well as dealing with s106 issues, and advising on various other aspects of development law.

Education

Whitney graduated from Bucks New University with a LLB in Law, before qualifying through CILEX as a Chartered Legal Executive, and then later completing the LLM with The University of Law and then qualifying as a Solicitor.

Personal

Whitney enjoys going for walks with her two English Bulldogs. She also enjoys running and going to the gym when she can find the time.
