Alice’s well-rounded experience of transactions from a banking, regulatory, commercial and governance perspective enables her to provide a more rounded view when advising clients. Alice enjoys getting to know her clients and their organisations in order to provide the bespoke level of service required for the relevant transaction.

With experience in the insurance sector, and contentious and non-contentious construction within the public and private sector, Asif appreciates the bigger picture and tailors his advice to his clients’ needs. His knowledge of construction contracts, negotiation skills and drafting expertise is regularly commended by his clients and is second to none.

Dan brings a pragmatic, commercially focused approach to his work with a ‘can do’ attitude – problem solving any issues to help the client get the transaction over the line with a risk profile they are comfortable with.

Kris specialises in commercial contracts, projects and public procurement. He acts for a range of Registered Providers, Local Authorities, charities, contractors and bidding consortia across a number of sectors, including housing, healthcare, care, energy, education and leisure.
