What employers need to know as of 5 November 2020 in respect of new restrictions in England
The Government announced new national restrictions in England from 5 November 2020 until 2 December 2020 and in response to the financial implications of that, confirmed the extension of the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (the Extended CJRS). The Government has since announced that the Extended CJRS will remain open until 31 March 2021.
