The team is led by Partner Caroline Mostowfi, who advises on PPPs (including PFI), asset transfers, joint ventures and estate regeneration schemes. Her work often combines development delivery with service provision, giving clients integrated support on complex programmes.
Alongside Caroline, our lawyers bring deep experience in public law, procurement, property, employment, governance and disputes.
