Hannah Langford leads our Planning Team and guides clients through all stages of the planning process – both on individual transactions and at a more strategic level. She acts for private developers, other commercial entities undertaking development or acquiring properties with complex planning histories, developing Registered Providers of Social Housing and for Local Authorities themselves.
Caroline Mostowfi focuses on projects involving infrastructure matters, ranging from public private partnerships (including PFI), asset transfers and joint ventures to estate regeneration development projects. Many projects Caroline has acted on have involved an element of development delivery and service provision.
Philip Evans is a Partner with experience in working with major plc house builders as well as mid-sized developers and entrepreneurs on a variety of development projects ranging from sites with a capacity for hundreds of dwellings, to smaller schemes of less than 10 dwellings.
Camilla Weston is an Associate in the Real Estate & Projects team. She currently works across a range of commercial property and planning matters.
Camilla’s focus is on drafting and negotiating section 106 and other infrastructure agreements. She undertakes planning due diligence and advises clients on the risks associated undischarged planning conditions and obligations and how to mitigate these.
