    Stavrina Tofallis, Partner and Head of Residential Property, leads our Plot Sales Team. She advises across the full lifecycle of residential development projects - from acquisitions and site set-ups to plot sales, resales, staircasing and lease extensions - ensuring clients receive clear, strategic guidance from initial planning through to final disposals.

    Dominic Bauers, Senior Associate, brings nearly 30 years of experience in shared ownership and residential plot sales. His work spans shared ownership schemes, open-market disposals and regulatory compliance, supported by longstanding relationships with key sector bodies that help clients navigate requirements with confidence.

    Nema Munbodh, Associate, manages complex site set-ups and works closely with Registered Providers and developers of all sizes. Her extensive understanding of outright sale and shared ownership leases enables her to produce high-quality precedent documentation and maintain consistent delivery across schemes.
