Kris Kelliher, Partner, focuses on the commercial contracts that sit behind property and estate management. He regularly negotiates maintenance and facilities management contracts, supply and distribution agreements, energy arrangements, catering and outsourcing contracts, care and support contracts, joint ventures and framework agreements. Clients value his ability to translate complex operational requirements into clear, workable contracts that support reliable service delivery.
Jonathan Jarvis, Partner, advises on governance, regulation, joint ventures, stock transfers and regeneration projects.
