    Chris Drabble, Partner, Securitisation 

    Chris has spent the past 25 years specialising in the social and affordable housing sector, advising borrowers and funders on some of the most complex security related transactions. He is ranked as a leading individual and has been admitted to the Legal 500 ‘Hall of Fame’ for many years.

    In addition, Chris co-heads the Leeds office and is the firm’s Training Principal.

    Amy Chadwick, Senior Associate, Securitisation

    Amy is a Senior Associate in the Property Security Team where she acts for registered providers charging portfolios of properties under bond issues, private placements and syndicated and bilateral funding agreements.

    Prior to Devonshires, Amy worked at Ramsdens Solicitors advising on commercial sales and leases, refinances and residential plot sales.

    Will Naismith, Surveyor, Associate Director, Savills

    Will specialises in social housing valuations, inside the housing and healthcare team. Primarily working in loan security valuations and stock rationalisation within the residential property sector.
