Mediation strategy coaching: achieving better outcomes for clients in mediations

Join us on Tuesday 30 June from 12:00 - 13:30 for an in-person InLaws coaching session with Harry Spurr and Pauline Lépissier, a Partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team.

Harry is a specialist mediator in commercial, property, contentious trust & probate and other civil disputes, and a former barrister, and has for many years been ranked as one of the UK’s leading mediators by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

This interactive session will explore practical approaches to achieving better outcomes in mediation. Drawing on conflict psychology theory and his experience handling hundreds of mediations across a wide range of disputes.

Harry will:

• Break down the mediation process from start to finish
• Discuss practical approaches to the different stages of mediation
• Challenge some common myths around mediation strategy and preparation
• Share insights into what works in practice, what makes little difference, and what can ultimately do more harm than good
