Chris has spent the past 25 years specialising in the social and affordable housing sector, advising borrowers and funders on some of the most complex security related transactions. He is ranked as a leading individual and has been admitted to the Legal 500 ‘Hall of Fame’ for many years. In addition, Chris co-heads the Leeds office and is the firm’s Training Principal.
Simona is a Senior Associate in the Property Security Team where she acts for borrowers charging portfolios of properties under bond issues, private placements and syndicated and bilateral funding agreements. Prior to Devonshires, Simona worked at LCF Law as a commercial property lawyer and uses that wider experience to great effect on transactions.
Danielle is an Associate in the Property Security Team where she acts for borrowers all security related matters. Danielle joined Devonshires as a Paralegal in 2019 and later moved to the role of Solicitor in April 2022. She is a qualified New York attorney (admitted in 2019) and later dual qualified and was admitted in England & Wales in September 2021.
