Please join Samantha Grix, Charlotte Greatorex and Narin Masera for a webinar discussing 'Types of Statutory Reviews following an Unexpected Death'

Statutory reviews are undertaken where the test for such is met, and RPs are often asked to provide information or evidence to assist in the process. This is often a new process to those responding for the organisation as they are usually not a day-to-day occurrence for staff. This webinar will explain the different types of statutory reviews that follow an unexpected death, how they interplay with inquests and inquiries and what to do when a request for engagement is made.

This webinar is targeted at those responsible for safeguarding, regulatory and governance compliance.

    Topics Covered:

    • Safeguarding Adults Reviews
    • Child Death Reviews
    • Domestic Homicide Reviews

    Speakers:
