She acts for tenants, landlords and lenders in:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Grant and renewals of business leases
- Licences for assignments/underlettings, alterations
- Option agreements
- Overage agreements
Experience
Prior to Devonshires, Aranja worked as a commercial property lawyer at a regional firm based in Surrey ranked in the Legal 500.

Personal
Aranja enjoys reading, writing and travelling. Her favourite places are Switzerland, Kenya and Sri Lanka.
Although Aranja is not an avid football supporter, she got to see England Vs Denmark (Euro 2020 semi-final) at Wembley Stadium. Luckily she didn’t land tickets for the final.
