Kris Kelliher, Partner, Real Estate & Projects

Kris has extensive experience of negotiating, drafting, reviewing and reporting on all forms of commercial contracts including maintenance and facilities management contracts, supply and distribution contracts, catering contracts, joint venture agreements, outsourcing contracts care and support contracts and framework agreements for various works, services and supplies.

Jonathan Jarvis, Partner, Real Estate & Projects

Jonathan advises on a wide range of specialisms within the social housing sector; from joint ventures to stock transfers, mergers to regeneration projects. His knowledge encompasses both Local Authority housing law as well as that which applies to the voluntary sector.
