Heather advises on a broad range of housing and property litigation matters including possession proceedings, housing condition claims, injunctions and cases involving anti-social behaviour.
Experience
Prior to joining Devonshires, Heather gained more than 8 years’ experience in housing management litigation at a leading independent law firm in the North West. She was among the first at her previous firm to qualify through the apprenticeship route and qualified as a Solicitor in June 2025, achieving first quintile results in the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
Education
Heather graduated from Lancaster University with an LLB in Law in 2014 before completing an LLM in Medical Law and Bioethics in 2016.
Personal
Outside of work, Heather enjoys reading, crafting and spending time with her dogs.
