Areas of Expertise

Ikram is a Solicitor in our Housing Management & Property Litigation team. Ikram covers a variety of areas including:

• General Landlord and Tenant Disputes
• Housing Management litigation, including injunctions, possession claims, disrepair and environmental protection act claims.
• Leasehold litigation including service charge disputes, lease reviews and fire safety cases

Experience

Prior to commencing her training contract Ikram worked as a Paralegal in the Housing Management & Property Litigation team.

Ikram qualified as a Solicitor in April 2025 and has since returned to work in the Housing Management & Property Litigation team.

Education

Ikram graduated from City University London with a LLB Law Degree and completed her LPC at University of Law, Moorgate. Ikram also completed the LLM in Employment Law at University of Law, Moorgate.

Personal

Ikram enjoys travelling as much as possible in her free time, as well as baking/cooking and going to the gym.
