Michelle is an Associate in our Banking team.

Michelle qualified into the Banking team in October 2022 having completed her training contract at Devonshires.

Michelle assists on a wide range of transactions including bank funding, bond issues, private placements, financial due diligence, loan facilities and intra-group funding agreements.

Experience

Before securing her training contract with Devonshires, Michelle was a Paralegal in our Property Securitisation team, where she assisted in advising Registered Providers and Housing Associations in all aspects of charging residential street properties and developments under loan facilities, bond issues and private placements.

Prior to joining Devonshires, Michelle worked as a Paralegal in the Property and Conveyancing Departments at other city law firms.

Michelle also undertook pro bono work at the Royal Courts of Justice Citizens Advice Bureau, local Law Centres and legal clinics.

Education

Michelle graduated from Coventry University with a LLB (Hons) in Law, before completing her LPC at the University of Law, (Bloomsbury).

Personal

Michelle enjoys travelling and trying new cuisines. She also enjoys keeping fit and baking when she has a chance.
