Olivia Holden

Areas of expertise

As part of the Real Estate & Projects team, Olivia works with a variety of commercial clients on their property portfolios, as well as assisting Registered Providers in providing social housing.

Experience

Olivia has previously worked in both residential and commercial property and gained a breadth of knowledge across the industry. In particular she has assisted landlords of both residential and commercial property portfolios acquire, manage and dispose of their investments. She has also acted for both borrowers and lenders on loan agreements for property investment and development.

Personal

Olivia enjoys spending weekends with her family in Surrey, reading and training for endurance races and Hyrox. She has begun training for her first Ironman.
