Rory has recently joined Devonshires having built up considerable experience acting for tenants in housing disputes. His areas of expertise cover possession, disrepair, homelessness, public law and human rights issues. He has also acted on community care matters including housing adaptations for people with disabilities, and migrant support matters including age assessment cases.
Rory’s legal career began as a volunteer at North Kensington Law Centre. He moved to Osbornes Law as a housing Paralegal in 2015. He obtained a training contract with the firm and qualified in September 2020 into the housing team, before moving to Devonshires in 2024.
Rory read law at the University of East Anglia and completed his LPC with distinction at the University of Law.
Outside of work, Rory is a keen guitarist and hosts a regular pub quiz.
