Stephanie is a Solicitor in our Real Estate & Projects team. She primarily advises Housing Associations and Developers, with particular expertise in advising Wales based clients.
Experience
Prior to Devonshires, Stephanie was Solicitor at Acuity Law in their Real Estate Housing department. Having initially joined Acuity Law as Paralegal in 2022, she completed her Trainee contract at the firm before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2025.
Stephanie started her legal career in 2021 as a Real Estate Paralegal at Capital Law Ltd.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys live music, festivals and gigs, keeping active through the gym, running and walking, and spending time by the sea.
