Zena’s experience covers a wide variety of cases including property and housing management disputes. Her specialities include;-
- Leasehold litigation, including service charge disputes, forfeiture, nuisance, section 20 consultations, trespass
- Restrictive covenants
- Rights of way and other easements
- Housing Management litigation, including injunctions, possession claims, and disrepair.
Experience
Zena started her legal career as a Paralegal in 2019, before undertaking her training contract and qualifying in April 2023, and then joined Devonshires as a Solicitor in February 2024.
Personal
Zena enjoys travelling, reformer pilates, and countryside trips with her dog Milo.
