Saghar acts for a vast number of Registered Providers, including most G320 members, in the charging of security under varying loan facilities and bonds ranging from £1 million to £500 million

Lee is Head of our Housing Management & Property Litigation team. Lee is also a Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience (civil) and was shortlisted for ‘Junior Lawyer of the Year’ at the Law Society Excellence Awards in 2014.
