    Our Shared Ownership work is delivered by a senior-led team with deep experience across residential development, affordable housing and complex leasehold structures.

    Stavrina Tofallis, Head of Residential Property, leads our Development Sales Team and advises across all stages of residential development projects. Her work includes acquisitions, site set-ups, plot sales, resales, staircasing and lease extensions. Stavrina’s structured, commercially informed approach ensures consistently smooth delivery across both large-scale schemes and individual transactions.

    Dominic Bauers, Senior Associate, brings nearly three decades of experience in shared ownership and residential plot sales. His established relationships with key regulatory bodies and his insight into shared ownership and open-market disposals enable clients to progress transactions with clarity and confidence.

    Nema Munbodh, Associate, manages a wide range of site set-ups and works predominantly on residential development schemes. She advises Registered Providers and developers of all sizes and is recognised for her deep understanding of shared ownership and outright sale leases, allowing her to produce high-quality documentation and anticipate issues early.

    Lale Safa, Associate, advises on major development projects, including regeneration schemes, land acquisitions and the delivery of affordable housing. She also leads our Resales Team, managing assignments and both interim and final staircasing, ensuring each transaction proceeds efficiently and in line with scheme requirements.
