Philip is a highly skilled litigation lawyer. He has successfully guided many clients through complex disputes in the UK and internationally. An ability to identify solutions has led to Philip being appointed to various company boards to directly address management and shareholder issues.
His main areas of practice are in litigation and company law and his clients include: Companies, Government bodies, Military, Regulators and Individuals.
Philip was mediator of the year and uses all forms of dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration, adjudication and expert determination.

Philip gives pragmatic solutions based advice, designed to favourably resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Philip takes board room appointments to help resolve disputes within companies and before they become litigious.
Experience
Philip began his career at Payne Hick Beach, before moving to Theodore Goddard in 1990. He joined Devonshires Solicitors in 1995.
