Joanna Bouloux, Partner, specialises in corporate and commercial work. She advises on joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals, IT agreements and a broad range of commercial arrangements. Her work spans both day-to-day contracting and strategically significant projects, helping clients align their contracts with wider corporate objectives.
