    • Southern Housing Group – Advising on £2 billion of new and existing debt facilities connected with the merger of Optivo and Southern Housing, including top‑up due diligence on around 27,000 properties and Condition Subsequent Certificates of Title on approximately 11,000 properties.
    • Moat Homes Limited – Acting on Moat’s £100 million loan under the Affordable Homes Guarantee Scheme, the first transaction completed following the scheme’s expansion to include improvement works to existing homes as well as new affordable development.
    • BPHA – Advising on refinancing involving £530 million of loan facilities and related securitisation over roughly 9,600 properties.
    • Abri – Acting for Abri and Octavia on all finance and property security aspects of their merger.
    • Vivid – Advising on several transactions within its refinancing programme, including charging to the Affordable Homes Guarantee Scheme, HSBC, NatWest, Santander and Lloyds, securing more than £500 million of funding.
    • Riverside Group – Completing full due diligence on more than 3,500 properties to support a £75 million note issuance with Barings Bank and a new £150 million facility agreement with ABN Amro.
    • Wythenshawe Community Housing Group – Advising on its recent refinance, including full due diligence on over 2,500 properties to facilitate the restructuring of £61 million of existing facilities and the negotiation of £87.5 million in new loan arrangements.
