Dan Moan, Partner, leads our Commercial Property team. He advises a wide range of clients on acquisitions and disposals, redevelopment projects, commercial lettings and ongoing asset management across industrial, leisure, office and retail assets. His recent work includes the sale of student accommodation subject to overage, the disposal of a mixed-use retail and office block in Summertown, Oxford, and multiple retail and leisure lettings.
Dan frequently works with our corporate team on asset and share sales, our insolvency specialists on restructures – including the first CVA in the Registered Provider sector – and our finance team on development funding and secured lending involving large-scale portfolios. Marisa Lambkin, Senior Associate, advises Registered Providers, charities, investor landlords, tenants and faith-based organisations across the retail, health and care, and leisure sectors. Her experience includes commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants, development land sales with overage arrangements, disposals of multi-let buildings, auction sales and a wide range of Land Registry matters, including first registrations, easements and title rectification. She is particularly experienced in portfolio management and complex landholdings, and is known for her thorough, straightforward advice.
Grant Duranti, Senior Associate, has broad commercial property experience with a focus on asset management, acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, and commercial lettings. He acts for both landlords and tenants on new lettings and ongoing lease management, and advises providers of temporary accommodation and local authority subsidiaries on property arrangements.
