Our Residential Conveyancing work is delivered by a senior, multidisciplinary team with deep experience across all aspects of residential transactions - from high-value acquisitions to complex leasehold matters and large-scale programmes.
Stavrina Tofallis, Partner and Head of Residential Property, leads the team. She advises on the full spectrum of residential property transactions, from individual sales and purchases to major acquisition projects. Her work also includes deeds of variation, licences and lease extensions, ensuring clients receive clear, strategic guidance throughout each stage of a transaction.
Tasha Tabannor-Robinson, Senior Associate, specialises in statutory and voluntary lease extensions and collective enfranchisement. She acts for institutional landlords, social housing providers and tenants, advising on notice strategy, statutory compliance, title issues and lease documentation, with a practical understanding informed by experience on both landlord and tenant matters.
Mohammed Kalam, Associate, advises private and commercial clients on acquisitions, disposals, Right to Buy and Right to Acquire matters. He also handles deeds of variation and buybacks, bringing a practical and efficient approach to transactions with varied legal and operational demands.
Zahid Jussab, Solicitor, specialises in statutory and voluntary lease extensions and enfranchisement matters.
