Areas of Expertise
Adam is a Trainee Solicitor currently in his third seat in our Banking, Governance and Corporate Department.
He assists the team on a wide range of transactions including bond issues, facility agreements, restatement agreements, private placements and financial due diligence.
Adam undertook his second seat in the Real Estate and Projects Department where he worked on a number of regeneration projects of varying sizes, public private partnerships, a range of commercial contracts and PFI projects.
Adam joined Devonshires in 2015 as a paralegal in the Interventions Team before moving over to the Real Estate Team and Projects Department. He assisted numerous Registered Provider clients through the conveyancing process on properties across the country, including property acquisitions and disposals of both freehold and leasehold land.
Prior to Devonshires, Adam worked in higher education drafting equality provisions and advising students with Disabilities.
Adam graduated from BBP Law School with a LLB in Law, before completing his LPC at the University of Law in Bloomsbury, London.
Highest Module Grade Award for both Criminal Law and Further Employment Law at BPP Law School.
Adam has assisted numerous Registered Provider clients through the conveyancing process on the sales of Development Plots at sites across the country.
Adam was involved in the Residential Auction of a £1.5 million London property.
Adam assists Registered Providers with disposals through the granting both Shared Ownership Leases and Outright Sales.
