Adam joined Devonshires Solicitors in 2015 as a paralegal in the Interventions Team before moving over to the Projects and Real Estate Team. He assisted numerous Registered Provider clients through the conveyancing process on properties across the country, including property acquisitions and disposals of both freehold and leasehold land.
He commenced his Training Contract in September 2018, sitting with the Clinical Negligence Department. Adam is currently undertaking his second seat within the Real Estate and Projects Department working on a number of regeneration projects of varying sizes, public private partnerships and a range of commercial contracts.
Prior to Devonshires, Adam worked in Higher Education drafting equality provisions and advice for students with Disabilities.
Throughout his time studying, Adam dedicated his free time to Pro Bono activities including acting as the Student Director for the BPP Law School Employment Telephone Advice Line.

Adam has assisted numerous Registered Provider clients through the conveyancing process on the sales of Development Plots at sites across the country.
Adam was involved in the Residential Auction of a £1.5 million London property.
Adam assists Registered Providers with disposals through the granting both Shared Ownership Leases and Outright Sales.
