Areas of Expertise

Victoria has broad commercial property experience, with particular emphasis on commercial and mixed-use acquisitions and disposals (both freehold and leasehold), commercial lettings (acting for landlords and tenants) and secured lending (acting for lenders and borrowers).

Victoria has acted for a variety of clients, ranging from investment clients with large portfolios, small companies and charities and private individuals.

Experience

Prior to Devonshires, Victoria was part of the commercial property team at Mayo Wynne Baxter (a regional firm in Sussex), where she dealt with a wide variety of commercial property work.

Education

Victoria graduated from the University of Southampton in 2012 with an LLB in Law. Victoria then completed the LPC at the University of Law (Guildford).

Personal

Victoria enjoys exploring the British countryside on walks with friends, and also enjoys bouldering (albeit spending most of her time on the mat watching how it should be done!). Victoria balances all that exercise out with theatre trips and trying out local restaurants!
